About Main Street Builders

Main Street Builders has been redeveloping the inner loop neighborhood lovingly referred to as "The Montrose" for nearly a decade. Historically the center for the artist and creative communities for over a century, MSB has invested millions of dollars to beautify and revitalize this exciting community. Working with civic organizations and community groups MSB founder Rick Ehrlich is committed to enriching and improving the area with wonderful new homes rich in detail and architectural style. MSBs' commitment to the community includes not only new buildings but improving the looks of the area in general with landscaping improvements to established thoroughfares like Montrose Boulevard and the installation of the distinctive Museum District Street Monuments.
